The 1st Batch of the BRIDGE (BOSCH’s Response to India’s Development & Growth to Employability Enhancement) was launched successfully at the Presidency Foundation skill development center. The officials from BOSCH India Foundation, Mr Rathan Kumar & Mr Kaleem were present to distribute the student kit to the beneficiaries. The kit contains a bag, T-shirt, and study material. The BRIDGE program has been designed to prepare the youth for the Jobs and includes training on Life skills, Computer skills, Interview skills and Job specific skills with activities and projects.
27 students who have been enrolled for the 1st Batch, belong to the low-income families including school dropouts and those who are seeking employment. The program has been meticulously designed by the team at BOSCH India foundation.
Mr. Kaleem delivered an inspiring speech about job opportunities for youth, while Mr. Rathan engaged in one-on-one conversations with the students, motivating and guiding them. The students also shared their personal learning experiences and their own life journey. This course is led by Mahantesh B, Trainer for Workplace skills at Presidency foundation.
